How to Use for Tissue Culture Acclimation, Rare Plant Propagation, & Corm Rooting

Tissue Culture Acclimation:

1. Pre-soak plugs in ¼-strength nutrient solution (such as General Hydroponics Flora Series with CalciMagic, pH 5.5–6.0).
2. Insert tissue culture plants into the plug, ensuring gentle root contact.
3. Maintain high humidity (80–90%) under a dome or grow tent for the first 7–10 days.
4. Provide soft, indirect light (50–100 PPFD) to prevent stress.
5. Check moisture daily, misting as needed. Gradually lower humidity over 2–3 weeks before transplanting.

Rare Plant Propagation (Seeds, Cuttings, Offsets):

1. Hydrate plugs until fully saturated, then drain excess water.
