Storage, release timing, which predator handles which pest, shipping — it's all in the Biocontrol FAQ. We wrote it so you wouldn't have to wait on us, and it answers most things in about ten seconds.

A delivery that arrived off

If your order shows up warm, damaged, or just looks wrong — don't try to diagnose it yourself, and don't panic-Google it. Email info@fgmnnursery.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. That's what lets us review it under the Live Delivery Guarantee. Ordered through PalmStreet? Those claims go through PalmStreet directly — we can't process them from here.
