Special Blend Predatory Mite Mix in Bottles

Four predators. One mission: wipe out your mite problem.

This isn’t some generic blend—it’s a strategic hit squad: Amblyseius swirskii for broad mites and thrips larvae, Phytoseiulus persimilis for spider mites, Amblyseius cucumeris for early-stage thrips, and Amblyseius andersoni for everything in between. They each specialize in different pest life stages, climates, and conditions—but together, they’re a full-coverage strike force.

These mites don’t mess around. You’ll usually start seeing results in 2–5 days.

Why Bottles?

  • Instant action. These bottles are packed with fast-moving adults—no waiting for eggs to hatch.

  • Broad-spectrum control. From two-spotted spider mites to russet hemp mites, this blend covers it.

  • Adaptable. Thrives in 60–90°F temps and 50–80% humidity.

  • Perfect for outbreaks. Use when things have already gotten out of hand.

How They Work
Once released, the mites fan out in search of pests. Females lay eggs near infestations; those hatch in 2–3 days. In about a week, the next generation is on the move. Adults stay active for up to 30 days, feeding and reproducing near pest hotspots.

What They Target

  • Spider mites (two-spotted, carmine red, pacific)

  • Broad mites

  • Russet hemp mites

  • Rust mites

  • Bonus: thrips larvae

How Much to Use

  • Light infestations: 2–10 mites per square foot

  • Heavy infestations: Go big—25,000+ mites recommended

  • Want prevention too? Pair with slow-release sachets for long-term coverage

Good to Know

  • Avoid spraying pesticides before or after release—they’ll kill your mites

  • Use immediately on arrival (or refrigerate at 42–48°F for up to 48 hours)

  • Shipped overnight with live delivery guaranteed

Fantastic!

I’m so glad I stumbled up on the FGMN website. With close to 700 plants in my collection, I’ve been fighting the same spider mite infestation coming up on four summers now!! Very stressful and extremely frustrating. It’s easy to loose hope.
Up until just this last winter I had been treating with the normal recommendations for SM infestations such as neem oil, different insecticide soaps, home made solutions but because of the sheer volume of plants that I have and the numerous reapplications that are required with products like those, it was a near impossible task and it felt that way.
There had to be a better way so I went online and started researching and that’s when I say info about predator mites and that’s when I just so happened to find the website for FGMN nursery and I am EXTREMELY grateful that I did.
I reached out on the website and hear back very quickly from Karen who owns the nursery. She is an Alocasia goddess and just the kindest most wonderful person I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She took the time to help me break down my collection into sections and then broke down different pricing options depending on how I wanted to proceed with the application of the PM. I’m actually currently waiting to receive my 3rd round of PM treatment in the mail but I can say without question that just in the two applications I’ve made so far, I can see more progress then I ever made with the traditional suggestions for ending spider mite infestations.
With all of that being said, I’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Karen and her team!! They are truly amazing and I’m don’t know where I’d be if I hadn’t found her!!

Predatory mites

I actually haven’t seen any of the predatory mites yet. I released them the day I received them. The plants were on my deck and the wind came up the next day. I hope they didn’t blow away.
